It’s very common that people find specific brands and formulas of essential oils that they enjoy using, some may have been using that certain formula for many years. Are you experiencing body aches or breathing troubles throughout the night? It is very common for people to have sleep troubles in which it can be caused by many reasons.
Quite often when I go to bed, I start having congestion in my chest, my nose, and sometimes my head surprisingly.
